Peach Crisp

Servings: 9-12 portions
Ingredients
  • 10 to 12 peaches
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • ⅓ c sugar
  • ¼ c tapioca
  • ½ lemon zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp butter in small pieces
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  •  
  • subheading: Struesel:
  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 lb brown sugar
  • 1 ½ lb flour
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
Steps
  1. Cut peaches into small cubes, toss with remaining ingredients then sprinkle blueberries over top
  2. portion into dishes, crumble struesel  over top
  3. bake at 350 until bubbly and top is golden
