  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 to 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (you can use rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 lb shredded Oaxaca, Monterey Jack, or white cheddar cheese
  • 12 to 14 taco size corn tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro to garnish chopped (optional)
