  • 1 15-ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 15-ounce can coconut milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce to taste
  • 2 15-ounce cans chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice for serving
