  • Spicy Apricot Sauce ; for dipping
  • 1 cup (12 oz.) Apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic ; minced
