  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp asafoetida

  • 3 tbsp veg oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 3 dried chillis
  • handful of curry leaves 10 to 15
  • ⅛ tsp asafoetida
