4 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed

800g sausage meat

½ tsp paprika

1 tbsp flour

1 tbsp bread crumbs

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tbsp bbq sauce

1 egg

Salt

12 thin slices ham

1 cup grated sharp cheddar

1 egg, beaten (egg wash)
