- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small jar salsa or Picante sauce ( Blended)
- Dump all of the ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag and freeze.
- When you’re ready to use; place it in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.
- Dump into Instant Pot and cook on manual for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with Spanish rice and enjoy!
