Ingredients
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) pumpkin puree
  • ½ frozen ripe banana
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) blackstrap molasses
  • 1 scoop (13 g) collagen powder
  • ¼ tsp (2 ml) pumpkin spice powder
  • ½ cup (125 ml) non-dairy milk of choice if Paleo or Paleo AIP (organic, grass-fed, sheep, goat, camel, or cow milk could also be used if tolerated)
