  • 10 oz of Spinach
  • 2 Cup of Whole Wheat or White Flour
  • 1 tbsp of Olive or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp of Spice (all-season)
  • 1 tsp of Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp of Cayenne pepper
  • ½ Cup of Water
