While the directions below are for a crowd-pleasing platter, you can easily scale it down to create a single serving by slicing up one apple and adding the toppings of your choice.“

  • 4 apples, sliced into rings or any preferred shape
  • ½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chopped, toasted nuts (walnuts, pecans, peanuts or almonds)
  • ¼ cups of raisins (or dried cranberries or cherries)
