  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup natural, chunky style peanut butter
  • ½ pound broccoli florets
  • ½ pound (about half a pint) cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp dark brown sugar
  • A handful of chopped fresh cilantro
