  • ½ Cup Ground Flaxseeds - 55 grams - Do not pre-moisten - You can use ground brown flaxseed or ground golden flaxseed
  • 2 Tablespoons White Granulated Sugar - 25 grams
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Salt - 9 grams
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Instant Yeast (or bread machine yeast) - 4.5 grams - Not dry active yeast
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Italian Seasoning Optional Ingredient - 3 grams - Exclude the Italian seasoning if you want a "plain" sandwich bread
