Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 Oolong tea bags steeped in a large mug (steep until tea reaches room temperature)
  •  
  • Remove tea bags and put cooled tea in blender. (I save my bags and use them a second time.)
  • subheading: To cooled tea in blender add:
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon caramel flavoring (I use Watkins)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Truvia to taste (I use 8 packages)
