  • 1 tablespoon Bragg's liquid aminos
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small Scotch Bonnet pepper for flavor , or ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup non-dairy cheese shreds
  • fresh parsley leaves , for garnish
