A Trim Healthy Shamrock Shake for St. Patrick's Day!
A 16-ounce traditional Shamrock Shake has a whopping 82 sugar grams. That's not trim or healthy!
But, no reason to go without! Our Shamrock Shake is every bit as sweet, creamy, and delicious, but also full of superfoods that will both nourish you and shrink you!

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup 1% cottage cheese
  • ⅛ to ¼ tsp mint extract (to taste)
  • ½ cup unsweetened nut milk
  • ½ Tbsp TH Super Sweet Blend
  • 5 ice cubes
  • ½ cup frozen diced okra
  • ½ cup fresh spinach leaves, packed
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 scoop TH Pristine Protein Powder

  • note: Add all ingredients to blender, except protein powder and blend well.

  • note: Add protein powder and blend another 10 to 15 seconds.
