  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • Kosher salt
  • 4 (5-oz.) packages wavy ramen noodles, preferably fresh
  • Toasted sesame seeds and chili oil (for serving)
