  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white wine, (I used a Sauvignon Blanc)
  • ½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ pound dried linguine
