Keto Crab Rangoon
Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz crab meat
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 3 oz onion, diced
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Package of thin sliced mozzarella cheese
Steps
  1. Mix up first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Preheat oven to 375
  3. Place cheese on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake until bubbly and slightly browned.
  4. Remove. Add filling. Fold over in a triangle and press edges to seal. Put back in oven for a minute or two to seal and warm the crab.
