  • ½ cup cooked sweet potato
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • FOR THE BANANA-BARLEY-ZUCCHINI POUCHES
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup cooked barley
  • ½ cooked chopped zucchini
  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 ripe pear
  • ½ cup cooked peas
  • 1 cup raw spinach

  • PEACHES + MANGO + BUTTERNUT SQUASH WITH FLAX SEEDS
  • 1 cup peaches, peeled and sliced, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango, peeled and chopped, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup butternut squash, peeled and chopped, fresh or frozen (microwave for 2 to 3 minutes to soften)
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds or ground flax seeds
  • ⅛ teaspoon cloves

  • 12 oz blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup applesauce, no added sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ cup blueberries, washed
  • ¼ cup mango, chopped
  • ½ cup tofu
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ

  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 Large Potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 Cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese (I used white cheddar cheese)
