Lemon Ginger Salmon Patties
Ingredients
  • 200 g salmon filet, deboned
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 inch piece of ginger root (or more, if you want to spice it up)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 3T ghee (or coconut oil) for frying
