I Am Fueled Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • 3 oz chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
  • ½ cup of broccoli florets
  • ½ red bell pepper, long slices
  • 1 fresh garlic clove, chopped (or 1 tsp minced garlic)
  • ¼ cup cashews (toasted)
  • Optional 1 inch of ginger
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos or braggs liquid aminos/tamari
  • 1 tbsp avocado or coconut oil
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional pinch of red pepper chili flakes
