- 12 oz Canadian bacon - chopped thicker the better
- 6 english muffins, toasted and cut into one inch cubes I like to line the english muffins up on a sheet pan and toast in the broiler...so easy!
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper

- 2 package Knorr Hollandaise Mix
