  • 8  cloves  garlic, minced
  • 1  lb  tofu, cut into small cubes
  • 3  dashes  salt
  • 2  cups  thinly-sliced  onions
  • 1  cup  coarsely-chopped raw  peanuts
  • 2 to 3  tablespoons  tamari
