  • ¼ to ½ head of Romaine
  • ½ lemon or lime with rind
  • 1 tsp. Ginger
  • ½ English cucumber
  • ¼ to ½ avocado
  • 2 squirts stevia
  • 5 ice cubes
  •  
  • Optional:  psyllium, mornings leaves, cilantro
Steps
  1. Blend and drink/chew slowly for a meal.
