- ⅓ C oil
- ¾ C buttermilk
- ¾ C sour cream

- two batches of cocoa buttercream frosting
- subheading: thick raspberry sauce:
- 2 C fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 T cornstarch
- ½ C granulated sugar
- serve with vanilla bean ice cream
