  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour with xanthan gum recommended for yeast baking (we recommend Pillsbury or Better Batter Brand)
  • ¼ cup tapioca starch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water, about 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
