Lemon-Sage Roasted Chicken Thighs

  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel (set aside)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoon snipped fresh sage
