Black Bean Brownie Blender Doughnuts - Gluten, Dairy Fre

Ingredients
  • 1 cup canned Black Beans, drained & rinsed
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  •  
  • Optional: Crushed Walnuts, mini chocolate chips
  •  
Steps
  1. Turn oven on to 350
  2. Put all ingredients (except the walnuts and chocolate chips) in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Spray doughnut pan with cooking spray
  4. Sprinkle a little bit of the crushed walnuts and chocolate chips (if using) in each slot.
  5. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes
  6. Cool in pan for five minutes then remove to cooling rack.
  7. You may need to use the soft edge of a spatula to loosen them.
