Chocolate Chaffle for 2
I got this chaffle recipe off another site. I recently bought the chaffle maker but haven’t tried it out. I have all the ingredients on hand and decided to give it a go. Instead of making it a “cookie”, I used it as a base then topped it with low carb ice cream, sugar free chocolate syrup, and some whipped cream. It was delicious!!!
Ingredients
  • One egg, 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder, two tablespoons monk fruit, one teaspoon coconut flour, ½ teaspoon baking powder, one tablespoon heavy cream. Yield is two chaffles. 66.5 calories and 3 grams carbs for both.  Original recipe says to put two tablespoons of cool whip between the two.
  • I had to stop eating it to take a picture.
  • My guest wanted more but I said no. No over eating even if it’s sugar free and low carb.
