B's Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage or bok choy
  • Broccoli
  • Top sirloin steak
  •  
  • Cauliflower rice (already prepared)
  •  
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • ¼ c Molasses
  • ¼ c Balsamic vinegar
  • ½ c Coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Tapioca or arrowroot starch
Steps
  1. Saute sliced onions, cabbage, carrots, broccoli.
  2. Remove from skillet.
  3. Saute meat.
  4. Mix sauce and add to meat and stir until thickened.
  5. Add veggies back to skillet.
  6. Serve over Cauliflower rice.
