  • Oh My Goodness! I'm not believing how this tasted! Somene posted a Zuchinni Chaffle recipe that looked so Delicious! I cooked it in this 5-minute Red Copper Grill which someone else posted! Today, I was going to make another one & forgot to get more zuchinni, so I used some cauliflower rice I steamed yesterday for mashed potatoes. If anyone is from Southwestern Louisiana, they will be able to relate to how this tasted! It was just like eating Eggplant Souffle' we make for the holidays! Zuchinni or Cauliflower Chaffle: Half cup Zuchinni/half cup parmesean cheese/1 egg/1 tablespoon almond flour/half teaspoon psyllium  husk powder/ pinch of pink sea salt/1 teaspoon water. Mix well. Pour in griddle. Sprinkled Everything Bagel Seasonings on top! This griddle fits 8 oz of mixture perfectly! Can't wait to use Eggplant in this recipe! This is Great served with a side salad! The pic on the left is zuchinni chaffle recipe, the pic on the right is the chaffle with cauliflower.
