  • ½ cup (40g) finely grated parmesan
  •  
  • ½ cup (125ml) thickened cream
  • Oregano gremolata
  • 1 tbsp oregano, coarsely chopped

  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  •  
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
