  • subheading: Sonja Hofer 1 avocado, 4 Tbsp unsweetened non-dairy milk (skip if on RR), 1 to 2 apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, ¾ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, salt to taste, ¼ tsp smoke paprika, ¼ tsp ground black pepper. I always add about a handful of fresh herbs to my salad - parsley, dill, cilantro and mint. Mix all this together, add water if too thick and enjoy.:
