Snowy and rainy night in Colorado... rice pudding in the IP is making it warmer.  The Ghirardelli chips getting all melty on top is just a bonus!  Hope every one has a great night!
I don't really use a recipe... about a cup and a half more or less of white rice in the IP... use whichever method works best for you... once it's cooked... add a couple tablespoons of butter... a can of sweetened condensed milk... big splash of real vanilla extract ... stir it all together and eat... with or without chocolate chips, or raisins, or other fruit.
