Ham & Pea Fettuccine
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 6 scallions or ½ peg onion, sliced
  • ½ lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1¼ cup milk or cream
  • 1-10oz frozen peas
  • 4 to 6 oz boiled ham, cubes
  • 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 lb fettuccine, cooked
Steps
  1. Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
  2. Add cream and boil for 2 min.
  3. Add peas and ham until both are warm.
  4. Add Parmesan until slightly thick then add cooked pasta.
  5. Season to taste.
