  • 1 teaspoon Better than Boullion No Chicken Base
  • 28 minutes in the IP, quick pressure release
  • subheading: Add the following to the grain mixture:
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning (or your own combo of oregano etc)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup garbanzo bean flour
