Ingredients
  • 1 cup roasted, unsalted Brazil nuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (at least 70%)
  • 1 cup any gluten- and sugar-free cereal
  • 2 teaspoons pink or real salt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons raw, local honey
Steps
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Portion out into ½-cup serving. Eat one serving per day.
