Healthy Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies (No Chilling)
Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • ½ cup coconut oil or butter melted (measured after)
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest of whole large orange
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups quick oats or rolled oats
  • 1 ¾ cups almond flour or almond meal
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries or ⅔ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips optional
