One Pot 5-Ingredient Hummus Pasta
Ingredients
  • 8 oz. penne pasta (or pasta of choice)
  • ¾ cup garlic hummus of choice (check out our homemade hummus recipe)
  • ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup plain unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley or fresh basil (or try a mix of both)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • subheading: Optional toppings:
  • Black olives
  • Vegan parmesan
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Additional basil or parsley
