Instant Oreo Cupcakes with 13G of Protein {w/ Protein Frosting}{Just 4 Ingredients!){Seltzer}
Ingredients

  • 130g Oreo cake mix (chocolate cake mix will work too!)
  • 46g (1.5 Scoops) Vanilla Whey/Casein Protein (see notes below on why this protein works best)
  • 5g Black Cocoa Powder - this is just for some extra rich Oreo flavor, but it can be omitted if needed
  • ⅔ cup Seltzer or Diet Soda of Choice
  • subheading: For Icing:
  • 84g Buttery Spread (I use Original Country Crock to save calories, but you can also use regular butter)
  • 46g (1.5 Scoops) Vanilla Whey/Casein Protein (see notes below on why this protein works best)
  • 60g Powdered Sugar Substitute (or regular powdered sugar)
