Wholesome Gluten-Free Vegan Chickpea Bread
Ingredients
  • 1 cup ( 180 g) dry chickpeas, soaked overnight, then rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup ( 20 g) whole psyllium husk
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • ⅓ cup ( 80 ml) water
