Amaranth is an ancient seed-grain that is beneficial for our health. Please avoid Canola and Veggie Oils – they are Fake and Toxic. You can use Macadamia Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil Instead. And Ghee is Great for Cooking – it’s actually the Canola and Veggie Industry who outlawed it.
Ingredients
  • 2 cup amaranth
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 4 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon refined oil
  • 1 onion
  • water as required
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 capsicum (green pepper)
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 8 tablespoon flour
