Raisin Bran cinnamon bread
From a printout I was holding on to photo from picture file dated 7-10-21
Ingredients
  • 2 pk rapid rise yeast
  • 3 C hot water
  • 1 C Kellogg's raisin Bran or Bran cereal with cranberries/dried fruit
  • ½ C butter - room temp
  • 7 C bread flour
Steps
  1. Sprinkle yeast over hot water let's set for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Mix using bread hook until smooth
  3. Let rise until double 2 to 4 hours
  4. Turn out and need for one minute
  5. Cut into 3 parts Pat each into a rectangle
  6. Spread with butter brown sugar and cinnamon to form a loaf
  7. Cut each in half and place in greased mini loaf pans
  8. Rise until double 2 to 4 hours
  9. Bake 30 minutes at 350°
  10. Remove from pans immediately, place on cooling rack. Brush tops with butter
