Pressure Cooker Red Wine Lamb Shanks
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh rosemary (or other favorite herb)
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, to taste
