InstaPot Chicken Broccoli Rice Bowl
Ingredients
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb boneless chicken
  • 3 Tbs cornstarch
  • 3 Tbs cold water
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli
Steps
  1. Add first six ingredients to InstaPot and whisk well. Add chicken
  2. Secure lid. Pressure cook 15 minutes.
  3. NR 10 minutes then vent
  4. Remove chicken and either cut into pieces or shed
  5. Mix cornstarch and water
  6. Turn InstaPot on to Sauté and stir in cornstarch slurry. As it’s heating and thickening, add frozen broccoli. Once broccoli is cooked, add chicken back to pot until warmed.
  7. Serve over cooked rice
