  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water, mixed together (can sub arrowroot)

  • 1 cup whole fat or 2% plain Greek yogurt (such as Fage)
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt (optional)
