Low-Carb No Bean Ground Turkey Chili
Ingredients
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 650 g ground turkey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 425 g crushed tomatoes
  • 225 ml water
  • 175 g tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper chili flakes (or more if you like it hot)
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced

  • 225 ml sour cream
  • 4 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped (optional)
