Homemade Cup Noodles
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Better Than Bouillon (bouillon paste), chicken or mushroom flavored*
  • 1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce (or low-sodium soy sauce)*
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger or ground turmeric
  • ½ cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas, green beans)
  • 2 ounces dried ramen noodles (like Ocean’s Halo ramen noodles)
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • note: FOR A RICHER BROTH: Use an additional ¼ teaspoon bouillon paste and ¼ teaspoon soy sauce. However, to keep the saltiness in check, I recommend low-sodium soy sauce. Be sure to carefully measure the bouillon paste as even a touch more can really ramp up the salt content.
