- note: FOR A RICHER BROTH: Use an additional ¼ teaspoon bouillon paste and ¼ teaspoon soy sauce. However, to keep the saltiness in check, I recommend low-sodium soy sauce. Be sure to carefully measure the bouillon paste as even a touch more can really ramp up the salt content.
