Pedro's Sourdough Honey Oat Bread, Yeast Fortified
Ingredients
  • 170 grams of well-fed active starter
  • 198 grams room-temperature water
  • 8 grams salt
  • 42 grams honey
  • 28 grams vegetable oil
  • 20 grams powdered milk (or skip the milk and use liquid milk in place of the water)
  • 56 grams quick oats (let the oats soak in the water and starter for thirty minutes if you choose to use rolled oats to let them soften some)
  • 284 grams bread flour
  • 4 grams dry yeast (whichever you use active, quick, rapid, whatever)
