Ingredients
- Chicken Thigh With Skin
- 8 medium thigh
- Spices Oregano Dried
- 1 tablespoon
- Spices, Parsley, Dried
- 1 tsp
- Spices Basil Dried
- ½ tbsp, leaves
- Spices Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp
- Salt
- ½ tbsp
- Spices Thyme Dried
- 1 tsp, leaves
Steps
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and dry the thighs well with a paper towel and arrange on a baking sheet. Mix all of the herbs and seasonings together in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the herb seasoning and arrange the thighs on a single layer, ensuring the thighs don’t touch.
- Roast at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is very crispy.
