Keto crispy sheet pan chicken thighs

Ingredients
  • Chicken Thigh With Skin
  • 8 medium thigh
  •  
  • Spices Oregano Dried
  • 1 tablespoon
  •  
  • Spices, Parsley, Dried
  • 1 tsp
  •  
  • Spices Basil Dried
  • ½ tbsp, leaves
  •  
  • Spices Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp
  •  
  • Salt
  • ½ tbsp
  •  
  • Spices Thyme Dried
  • 1 tsp, leaves
Steps
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and dry the thighs well with a paper towel and arrange on a baking sheet. Mix all of the herbs and seasonings together in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the herb seasoning and arrange the thighs on a single layer, ensuring the thighs don’t touch.
  3. Roast at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is very crispy.
